Service Issues and Customer Notification
If the karaoke system, song library, YouTube access, or any related service is not functioning correctly, the customer must notify us immediately upon discovering the issue.
We operate a 24-hour support service and will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem, provide an alternative solution, or restore service as quickly as possible.
Failure to report an issue promptly may limit our ability to provide immediate assistance or compensation for any disruption experienced during the hire period.

Karaoke Song Availability
Karaoke tracks may be provided in one of the following ways:

Pre-Loaded Songs
Customers may request specific karaoke songs to be pre-loaded into the system prior to an event, subject to availability and reasonable notice.must be reqeusted 4 weeks in advance

YouTube Karaoke Access
Where a requested song is not available in the pre-loaded library, karaoke content may be accessed via approved online sources, including YouTube karaoke channels.
