Important Booking Terms:

Please contact us via WhatsApp for any information or to book manually before booking any superhero or mascot outside of Bristol. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings made without prior contact, unless the booking is within Bristol. Once a booking is made, we will confirm the location and date within 12 hours.

If you do not accept this condition, please do not proceed with the booking, even if your desired time and location appear to be available.

Thank you for choosing to book one of our amazing mascots! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking a mascot with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking Process

1.1 Pre-booking Contact:
Before making a booking for any mascot outside of Bristol, you must contact us via WhatsApp for confirmation. We require prior communication to ensure availability and suitability for your event.

1.2 Confirmation of Booking:
Once a booking is made, we will confirm the location and date of the event within 12 hours. This confirmation will include details about the arrival time, costume specifications, and other relevant event information.

1.3 Booking Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse any booking that is made without contacting us first, unless the event is within Bristol. If you fail to follow this process, we may cancel or refuse the booking, regardless of availability.
