Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire Terms & Conditions

Please message us for outdoor castle hire prior to booking between October-March

Delivery / Cancellation Policies

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be shown once you select the delivery location. Delivery charges depend on the Delivery Address/Postcode, not the Home Address/Postcode. If you're outside the areas listed on our website, please contact us to check if we can accommodate your location.

If we are unable to fulfil your delivery due to weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, illness, or any other unforeseen factor, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund* (*minus any fees incurred during payment processing).

To amend or cancel your booking, please provide us with as much notice as possible. You can cancel up to 14 days before your event. In such cases, we will refund your payment minus a £5 administration fee and any card/PayPal transaction fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in the loss of your deposit, though any payments exceeding the deposit will be refunded.

Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure there is adequate space for our equipment, that the location is accessible, and that the area is free from debris. We will not issue a refund if delivery cannot proceed due to lack of space, accessibility, or an inappropriate location.

Ensure the access route is clear of all litter, rubbish, and animal waste.

The person who made the booking must be present at the agreed delivery time to meet the driver and sign the hire terms & conditions. If you're unable to be present, such as for weddings or christenings, we can arrange to send the documents by post for you to return before the delivery date.

Booking
If there are any discrepancies in your booking, it will be marked as a “Pending booking” until resolved.

The person hiring the equipment is responsible for ensuring safety and proper usage of all products. All equipment provided by Bristol Bouncy Castle Hire is subject to these terms and conditions.

Safety Instructions

  • A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
  • Ensure that no one over the specified age limit (depending on the equipment) uses the bouncy castle or inflatable.
  • Strictly no adults on bouncy castles/inflatables unless the equipment is specifically designed for adult use.
  • No somersaults, pushing, or rough play. If misbehaviour occurs, remove the individual to prevent injury.
  • No sand on the inflatable, as it causes wear and is subject to a cleaning fee*.
  • No food, drink, chewing gum, or animals allowed on the inflatable. (Dirty or damaged inflatables upon return will incur cleaning/repair/replacement charges*).
  • Use any safety equipment provided, such as mats, helmets, and neck braces, as directed.
  • The RCD circuit breaker must always be in use.
  • Anchoring stakes will be used to secure the inflatable on grass, but we cannot be held liable for damage to underground utilities.
  • Keep pets and sharp objects away from the inflatable.
  • No smoking, barbecues, fires, or fireworks near the inflatable.
  • Climbing, hanging, or sitting on inflatable walls is dangerous and must be prohibited.
  • Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit the number of users based on their size and age.
  • Children should remove shoes, glasses, jewellery, and badges before using the equipment.
  • Do not stand on or near the safety mats.
  • Never switch the blower on and off while the equipment is in use.
  • Prevent children from jumping on the front step to avoid injury.
  • Do not allow anyone with back or neck issues, or who feels unwell, to use the inflatable.
  • Do not allow people on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
  • In case of heavy rain, turn off the inflatable. Minor wetness can be dried with a towel.
  • In strong winds, the inflatable should be switched off and not used. If wind speed becomes dangerous, remove children immediately and turn off the equipment.
  • If the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected, or has been stolen, the hirer is responsible for the cleaning*, repair*, or replacement* costs.

Power Supply
We are not liable for issues with your power supply that could cause the blower to overheat or malfunction.

Weather Conditions

Refund Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy rain, no refunds will be provided for outdoor bookings. We strongly recommend booking an indoor venue for your event to avoid any disruption due to weather.

If your booking is for an outdoor event and the weather conditions are unsuitable (e.g., wind or rain), we will not offer a refund. However, if you wish to reschedule your booking, we can arrange for a future date at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please ensure that you consider the weather forecast when making your booking, as we cannot be held responsible for weather-related cancellations or safety concerns during outdoor hires.
