Community Halls In July & August have a minimum £240 Charge

Important – Community Hall Bookings (July & August)

Due to exceptionally high demand during July and August, all bookings taking place in community halls are subject to a minimum hire value of £240.

Please ensure you read this information before paying your deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or decline any booking that does not meet this minimum charge, even if a deposit has already been paid.

Any deposit paid does not override this condition.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this requirement and agree to these terms. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Summer Booking Priority (July, August & September)

During the summer months (July, August and September), private garden bookings are prioritised over community hall bookings due to the greater flexibility they offer.

Community hall bookings are subject to venue hire restrictions and fixed time slots. If unforeseen operational issues arise, including but not limited to staff shortages, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, community hall bookings may be cancelled before private garden bookings. Cancellations may occur at short notice, including the day before or, in exceptional circumstances, on the day of the booking.

By placing a booking, you acknowledge and accept that community hall hires carry a higher risk of cancellation during the summer months because of their limited flexibility.
