Are we allowed alcohol in your venues?
There is a strict no alcohol policy in our venues.
What time can we book your venue until?
The latest you can book our venues until is 10pm, with all music/microphones off by 9.30pm latest.
What’s included in the hourly rate?
Use of the tables, chairs, hall and bathrooms. We have extras that you can hire - please enquire!
Can we come in early to decorate?
All decoration and set up, as well as packing away and post event cleaning need to be included in your booked time.
How will I access the venue?
Your hourly rate includes a member of staff to be on site for the duration of your event.

Can we hire a bouncy castle to have at our event?
Yes you can! Please check with us before ordering so that we can make sure it fits. Bouncy castle health and safety will need to be managed by you.
The Hub: Height restriction is 8 ft max.
Can we bring our own food in to your venue?
Yes you can! Please note we do not have a licenced kitchen for you to use so we recommend that food is cooked off site and kept warm on a food warmer or chafing dish. Please note we advise bringing your own crockery and cutlery.

Feedback from some of our hirers
The number 24 goes from Ashton Vale through the City Centre to Gainsborough Square and on to Southmead Hospital.
The number 72 and 73 go from Bristol Temple Meads, up Gloucester Road to Gainsborough Square and on to UWE.
Filton Abbey Wood train station is approximately 20 minutes walk from The Hub.
From the station head right down the footpath that runs along the Eastern edge of the railway, next to the UWE campus and follow signs for Lockleaze until you reach Bonnington Walk. Turn left and follow the road round until you get to Gainsborough Square and head across the square to the Hub on the far side.
We're just off the M32 at Junction 2, follow signs for Stapleton, Frenchay/Horfield and Fishponds and take the exit onto Muller Road. Then use the lane to turn right up Shaldon Road, and left on Cameron Walk to Gainsborough Square.
There's free parking on most of the square and on Cameron Walk.
