Facilities for Hire

We have rooms in three buildings available for hire within The Stoke Gifford Trust. These can be hired on an hourly basis for one-off events as well as regular activities.

The Trust Hall is a larger hall with a polished wood floor suitable for children’s birthday parties, dancing and indoor sports and games. It has an attached kitchen and male, female and disabled toilet facilities. The building entrance is level and wheelchair accessible. Tables and chairs are stored in the building for use by hirers. The charge for this hall is currently £24 per hour. We also offer a party special rate on Saturday mornings at £60 for 3 hours, 10am to 1pm.

The Poplar Rooms is a small hall with kitchen and cloakroom attached. The building also has two toilets. Tables and chairs are stored in the building for use by hirers. The charge for this hall is currently £16 per hour. We also offer a party special rate on Saturday afternoon at £40 for 3 hours.

• we’ve had an increased number of regular bookings and can now only take party bookings for Saturday mornings in the Trust Hall and Saturday afternoon in the Poplar Rooms.

1. Please leave the building clean and tidy. To keep hire costs low, we do not include cleaning costs in the hire charges

2. Please check the building before leaving to ensure that all taps are turned off. Lights and heating are switched off/turned down where appropriate and that all doors and windows are secure

3. Please remove all rubbish from the site.
